We may share your personal information with third parties under the following circumstances:
When you post a job
Your name will be shown to contractors who may be suitable for your job. The approximate location of the job (area / postcode), name of job, description, expected budget and any photos you have supplied will also be displayed but these elements are not considered to be personal information.
When a contractor is shortlisted
We will share the name, telephone number and email address of the Quote Requester with the shortlisted contractor; and the name, telephone number and email address of the shortlisted contractor with the Quote Requester.
In the event of a dispute
In the event of a dispute, we will share the contractor’s company address, with the Quote Requester at their request. Please note, we may share other relevant information where we are legally permitted, at our absolute discretion.
With other companies within the Company Group of which Company is part
We may share certain information about your usage of the site with other companies within the Company Group companies for security, optimisation of products and services, and internal reporting. We do this for the purposes set out above.
